It was my birthday month! And other stuff has happened. Honestly, I don’t know why I start these monthly updates with a little paragraph when I’m gonna give you all the deets in the personal section…
In Writing
I needed to edit one of my full length plays for reasons. Once those reasons are passed. I’ll put the opening for it under my writing tab. Chapter 2 of ‘The Second Chance Curse’ is up! A new story I have is called ‘Staying in the Heat, Moving in the Cold’, and I have the opening of that one up as well.
Also, I am editing some of my older stories I found that had good ideas but need to be better written, y’know.
In Art and Crafting
Full disclosure, guys, I’ve stopped drawing. I know I shouldn’t, but I had to trade that hobby for some extra time I needed to get important stuff done. I did, though, craft something. I have a goal of crafting one thing a month until I can get my time management under control. This month was the waterfall I made for my teacher friend, which you can find here.
In Videos
This month was a bit weird with videos since I was moving and whatever. So I have some dinky vlogs. So much so, I made a playlist specifically for my dink vlogs which you can find here.
Notables this month was the continuation of Rusty Lake Roots, a call out video, and a birthday video! (click on fake video titles to be taken to the video)
In Reading
I’m keeping myself to the goals this time guys! I read five books, which are:
I Am Legend by Richard Matheson
A Perfect Wife and Mother by Alexandra Frye
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by J.K. Rowling
The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd
And Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury
Next month is another five books to stay on track.
Personally
Happy Birthday to me, but RIP my doggy. Damn, man.
In other news, I have a new job. So this means making a new time schedule. I’m just trying to figure out where I can put time for my hobbies (making videos, writing blog posts, reading, arting, crafting, watching movies) with the new responsibilities on top of what I have already.
But that’s for me to figure out.
