Mental Cleanse

Self care:

  1. Set 2 goals you’d like to achieve this month
    • Feel (emphasis on feel) healthier and have a 5 month plan
  2. Treat your face to a special pampering facial
  3. Go for a walk
  4. Journal for 15 minutes
  5. Go to bed 30 minutes earlier than normal
  6. Make a gratitude list of everything you are grateful for in your life
  7. Take a bubble bath

Diet & Exercise:

  1. Try a new workout you’ve never done before
  2. Keep all 3 meals phone free
  3. Do a yoga for beginners workout to give your muscles a little TLC
  4. Make 2 of your 3 meals meatless
  5. Meditate for 5 minutes and focus on your breathing
  6. Take your workout outdoors even if it’s for 20 minutes
  7. Go vegan for a day

Digital Cleanse:

  1. Clean out your inbox and sort your emails into folders; delete all spam
  2. No social media before 11 am
  3. Unfollow people on social media who don’t inspire you
  4. Organize your desktop accordingly into folders; delete unnecessary items
  5. Go through your phone and organize your apps into folders; delete apps you don’t use, old notes, contacts, etc.
  6. Have a phone free night
  7. Unsubscribe from email marketing you’re not interested in keeping up with

Positivity:

  1. No complaint day
  2. Write down 3 great things that happened today
  3. Spend 15 minutes in silence focusing on one positive attribute about yourself
  4. Compliment a stranger
  5. Write a letter to yourself explaining why you are unique
  6. Ask your friends to describe you in 3 words, write them down, and repeat it to yourself throughout the day
  7. Write out your challenge wins and treat yourself
